Human Resources Manager
Direct-Hire / Permanent position

We are offering an exciting opportunity with a long-standing family-owned business on the CT/MA border in their search of a Human Resources Manager to join their organization. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of leadership experience within HR/Business Operations and general management. Desired skill set includes training and developing department managers, performance management, coaching/mentoring, and other core HR functions.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the execution and administration of HR operations.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to streamline the recruitment process.
• Facilitate employee relations, mediating any issues that may arise and promoting a positive work environment.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with management to identify and implement best HR practices.
• Monitor and manage HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide guidance and advice to employees on company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and manage employee training and development programs.
• Develop and implement HR policies that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address HR issues and concerns.

Desired Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources management role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team
• Certification in Human Resources (SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
