Description We are seeking an Accounting Clerk in East Liberty, Ohio, United States. This role is in the accounting industry and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be expected to ensure accurate processing of accounts payable invoices, maintain up-to-date equipment systems, and conduct various reporting and research tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process accounts payable invoices and update the associated equipment systems

• Review and resolve any issues arising from vendor statements

• Prepare various customer invoices as required

• Contribute to the month-end close process by providing necessary support

• Conduct various reports and research tasks as required

• Regularly review and update procedures to ensure they meet current needs

• Adapt to varying job functions as per the company's needs

• Utilize Excel and other Microsoft Office Software applications to perform tasks

• Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Approved Invoices, Annual Financial Reporting, Excel Formulas, and Enter Vendor Invoices. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with approving invoices

• Familiarity with annual financial reporting

• Strong ability to use Excel formulas

• Comfortable with entering vendor invoices

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills

• Good organizational and time management abilities

• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of professionalism and integrity.
