Position Summary
As a Credentialing Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing our credentialing and privileging processes, ensuring that healthcare providers are fully qualified, compliant with industry standards, and enrolled in appropriate insurance programs. The position maintains up-to-date data for each provider in credentialing databases and online systems and ensures timely license and certification renewals. You will play a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance and facilitating smooth operations for our healthcare providers.
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired through the first two or three years of college, such as an Associate's degree in a business-related field or in a field related to the area of employment; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in performing tasks related to Business / Finance; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Qualifications
Highly organized and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in credentialing and administrative support. Proven track record of successfully managing a wide range of administrative tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects.
