Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Field Coordinator Administrator. The role is based in East Dundee, Illinois, and will involve coordinating and scheduling field technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling of field technicians to ensure timely service delivery

• Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and schedule technicians accordingly

• Act as the primary point of contact for field technicians, providing them with necessary support and guidance

• Support with efficient scheduling and calendar management

• Handle inbound calls from customers and technicians, providing prompt and efficient responses

• Monitor budget processes to ensure cost-effectiveness in scheduling and dispatching technicians

• Follow-up with technicians post-service to ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and technician schedules

• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively liaise between customers and technicians.

Requirements

• Experience in answering inbound calls

• Familiarity with budget processes

• Strong ability in calendar management

• Excellent communication skills
