• Lead maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, carpentry, concrete work, welding, and general labor.

• Ensure commercial properties within your territory are well-maintained

• Perform other duties as needed

Position Requirements

Requirements:

• Must have at 5+ years' experience in 3 or more skilled trades (i.e. plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, carpentry).

• Clean, valid driver’s license with 1+ year of driving history

• Off-street parking for company vehicle (excluding Staten Island/Upstate NY)

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile devices/computers

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

• Proven, reliable employment history

• Availability for rotating weekend on-call shifts (at least once per month)
