What Youll Do:
As a Maintenance Specialist II, youll play a key role in ensuring our facilities are safe, functional, and efficient. Youll:
- Perform routine inspections of buildings and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
- Manage inventory of tools and supplies.
- Work with contractors for specialized repairs.
- Document maintenance activities and follow safety protocols.
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma/GED (Associates degree or certifications like CMRP or HVAC preferred).
- 5 years of experience in maintenance roles, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or welding.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of tools, equipment schematics, and safe working practices.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7/365 environment.
