Job Description Summary
Participate in a paid internship program built around your career goals and hands-on projects that impact the organization. As part of the Lamb Weston University Recruiting Internship Program, Interns work towards completing a Capstone project and are assigned a mentor who will guide and evaluate performance. Whether you are interested in Agricultural Science, Data Science, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Manufacturing, Food Science, Marketing, or Engineering, our highly selective summer intern program has projects that will help you build the next stage in your career.
- Paid internship, May - August (actual dates may vary)

Job Description
The Marketing Internship program will allow you to develop your creative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. You will be exposed to our senior management along with the opportunity to learn more about the businesses within Lamb Weston.
Individual intern projects will be assigned and a final presentation made at the conclusion of the internship. Some examples of projects and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Content Creation
- Work with content creation tools to generate compelling graphic and advertisement designs
- Develop standardized templates to supporting sales team
- Streamline the formation of sales materials and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and customer needs
- Assist with delivering marketing campaigns and communications
Marketing Operations
- Assist the development and implementation of market plans such as market strategy, sales coordination, pricing proposal, merchandising and media plan, packaging, and distribution
- Analyze marketing data to take advantage of opportunities and minimize adverse trends
- Work with marketing research, sales, distribution, advertising agencies and legal in the development of marketing plans
Digital Media
- Assist with developing and delivering the digital marketing strategy in collaboration with marketing & cross-functional partners and external agencies
- Provide comprehensive metadata support by creating, managing, and maintaining accurate metadata for digital assets, ensuring proper organization, accessibility, and compliance ith industry standards and internal guidelines.
- Assist with research and insights into new platforms, types of content & assets, technologies, and new business models to ensure Lamb Weston is best-in-class in the digital space
- Refresh and create customer-facing tools and materials in conjunction with internal presentations
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Must be a current Junior, Senior, or Master\'s student enrolled in a related program: Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications, or related field
Valid U.S. driver\'s license and ability to meet the Lamb Weston Authorized Driver standards
Minimum GPA 3.0 preferred
Detail-oriented, excellent verbal and written skills, and ability to work in team and independently
Experience with content creation tools is required
Strong creative and analytical skills is required
Microsoft Office knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint is required
Social media platform trends and knowledge is preferred
Experience in Canva, Adobe Creative, Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or similar graph
