To accomplish this, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UX Engineering Program Manager to join our dynamic Product Design team. The ideal candidate will possess strong project and program management skills, exceptional communication abilities and a solid understanding of UX Design and UX Engineering (UXE). This role requires expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) and in creating and maintaining Power BI reports. In this role, you will be a trusted, respected partner who operates with a high degree of independence and ownership. You will work closely with design leaders, product management and engineering partners to help drive the successful completion of our most complex projects for products servicing our Tax, Corporates and Legal professions. About the Role: In this opportunity as an UX Engineering Program Manager, you will: Lead and manage complex UX Engineering programs and projects from inception to completion Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk management strategies Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams as the primary point of contact for all UX Engineering related projects and programs Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking, task management, and collaboration. Develop, implement and maintain project and program dashboards, reports, and metrics using Power BI Create visual representations of data using various tools and techniques Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and present findings to stakeholders Continuously enhance reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making Build strong relationships with stakeholders based on trust and transparency About You: You're a fit for the role - UX Engineering Program Manager, if your background includes: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of successful project or program management experience Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI (or equivalent applications) Proven experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management and tracking Expertise in creating and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards and metrics for project insights and data visualization Demonstrated execution of project management methodology Command of SDLC in waterfall and Agile projects Deep understanding of UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices. Solid technical background and experience working with UXE teams Experience mentoring and providing guidance to team members Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing requests simultaneously and under high pressure and tight deadlines Ability to partner effectively in a highly matrixed organization Preferred Qualifications: Project management or Agile certification (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, Professional ScrumMaster, PMP, PMI-ACP or similar) Product development, web, mobile or multi-channel experience Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) #LI-DS4 What's in it For You?
