Description
We are on the lookout for a diligent Staff Accountant to join our team based in Eagan, Minnesota, 55121, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, ranging from managing accounts payable and receivable to performing bank reconciliations. You will also play a pivotal role in maintaining the general ledger and executing month-end closure procedures. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately handle the processing of accounts payable and receivable
• Carry out bank reconciliations to ensure financial transparency
• Maintain and update the general ledger regularly
• Prepare and post journal entries to record business transactions
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end close processes
• Utilize NetSuite for various accounting tasks
• Work with Oracle to manage financial data
• Employ QuickBooks for accounting functions
• Utilize SAP for efficient business process management.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including billing, collections, and account adjustments.
• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy.
• Familiarity with General Ledger maintenance, including recording financial transactions and preparing financial statements.
• Experience in creating Journal Entries for financial record keeping.
• Capability to manage Month End Close procedures, including account analysis and report generation.
• Proficiency with NetSuite for financial management and business processes.
• Familiarity with Oracle for enterprise resource planning and financial management.
• Experience with QuickBooks for accounting procedures and financial management.
• Knowledge of SAP for business operations and customer relations.
