We are seeking a creative, collaborative, and motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role advances the proposition of the Thomson Reuters Corporates portfolio to meet customer needs, drive satisfaction scores, and grow revenue. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing Strategy, Corporates, the Product Marketing Manager, Strategy and Operations will work closely with product marketing leaders and key partners across the business to support the overall direction of our Corporates Product Marketing team, helping drive critical strategic, cross divisional projects. You will be a key partner to the Director of Product Marketing Strategy, assisting with projects and initiatives as delegated, all with the goal of ensuring we have the strategy and operations needed to continue making Corporates Product Marketing the world class team it is. Note: This is an individual contributor role that requires candidates to be near any of these Hub office locations: Ann Arbor, MI area, Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area (Frisco), or Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN area (Eagan) for hybrid structure (mix of working from home and in-office). About the role In this opportunity as a Product Marketing Manager, you will: Planning and Operations Support key cross-functional initiatives for the Corporates Product Marketing team including, but not limited to: customer advocacy programs, pan-Corporates messaging and value proposition, pan-Corporates Cross Sell Strategy, and other high priority business initiatives. Exceptional facilitation skills, including experience supporting executive teams to make decisions and move work forward Demonstrated experience planning and delivering complex projects with cross-functional requirements. Actively execute phases of projects with influence and keeping team members aligned. Identifies, assesses, and manages risks to the success of the project and ensures stakeholders have information to make effective decisions. Customer Focus and Strategy Demonstrate relentless customer focus: work to understand the voice of the customer to refine and clarify value propositions to specific personas / use cases / customer types / etc. Spend significant time with customers and non-customers; ultimately delivering outside-the-company insights back into the company Able to look across typical sales or product development functions and take holistic 'One Corporates' view when tackling opportunities. Demonstrate and build expertise on key propositions and industry trends; be viewed as a thought leader in the Corporates legal, tax, risk, and trade space Communications and Teamwork Superior communication skills, able to distill high volumes of information into concise, relevant reports. Mastery of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; Effectively communicate complex ideas at multiple organizational levels and modify personal approach and style to reflect changing circumstance. Builds key relationships with all areas of the business to ensure the success of the project Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Digital, Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, Sales, Market Research) to ensure product roadmaps are attuned to our customers' most pressing needs Analysis Conduct deep competitive analysis bringing meaningful and actionable intelligence to multiple internal partners Lead market research efforts designed to clarify both longer range opportunities and more immediate burning questions Make an impact by assisting with new product enhancement ideas and accompanying business cases that fit under the b oader Corporates product lines Engage in partnership/vendor ideation sessions; facilitate partnership/vendor strategy Seek out, analyze, and synthesize data, both internal and external, to bring fresh insights About You You're a fit for the role of Product Marketing Manager if your background includes: 3 - 5+ years of product marketing and/or direct industry experience Have a desire to test and learn and have an appetite for and comfort with ambiguity The ability to think strategically about a business with a persistent desire to always look for new opportunities to solve business problems with data-driven insights Understand commercial, competitive, technological, and strategic drivers and how they shape strategy Are proficient in the development of portfolio value propositions and a core understanding of product marketing Can drive a dotted line project team to achieve material progress toward stated objectives Possess superior client engagement skills, including the ability to build and manage internal client relationships Demonstrated success navigating complex organizations and ability to influence diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders Can craft and communicate well structured stories for purposes of influencing internal and external audiences Engaging, collaborative, low-ego style: Aligned to and willing to live the Thomson Reuters Mindsets and Behaviors and Trust Principles #LI-JK3 What's in it For You?
