Principal Implementation Consultant - ERP We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Implementation Consultant - ERP with 8+ years of experience in implementing ONESOURCE ORACLE Integration and/or financial add-ons for ORACLE R12 or Fusion. The Principal Implementation Consultant - ERP will work closely with ONESOURCE Project Managers and Tax SME to implement ONESOURCE Determination integration software at client sites in Global Implementations. You will provide customers with domain expertise when implementing tax scenarios, and integrating ONESOURCE Indirect Tax to ORACLE applications including ERP, ecommerce and POS. As an Principal Technical Implementation Consultant ERP you work with a project team to gather and defined business requirements and convert them into robust and flexible solutions. This position is unique as you will be exposed to customers from all different industries and their business requirements and operations. About The Role: As a Principal Implementation Consultant - ERP, you will: 8+ years of work experience with at least 3 of those years working with ORACLE ERP. Serve as a primary integration interface with client tax professionals. Lead business and user requirements sessions and formulate into design/solution documentation for Integration. Assist in the analysis and delivery of ORACLE integration implementations that reflect an in-depth understanding of the client's tax requirements and compliance process. Engagement with other Thomson Reuters teams as appropriate to deliver end to end Indirect Tax integration solutions Ensure all Indirect tax related requirements are met Explain ONESOURCE Integration for ORACLE related issues/problems and solutions to non-tax & technical staff Work with clients to translate their tax policy into ONESOURCE integration solutions Work with Product and Engineering teams in growth of the product and solutions Install and configure ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Integration for ORACLE Execute personal working within a controlled project management environment Work with Pre-sales on prospects and bid development Work with functional & technical colleagues to deliver the implementation Up to 10% of travel is expected. About You: You are a fit for the position of Principal Implementation Consultant - ERP if your background includes: Required Skills and Experience: 8+ years of work experience with at least 3 of those years working with ORACLE ERP. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science. Must have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Must have technical experience implementing ORACLE and/or Add-on Solutions. Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues caused when multiple add-ons are installed. Must be skilled in troubleshooting and resolving ORACLE system issues. Should have experience with process analysis, design, mapping, and re-engineering. Should have experience with process/software gap analysis and resolution. Should have experience creating and executing test cases and test scripts. Working in the ORACLE application. Oracle Programming capabilities. Knowledge of APIs, Webservices (SOAP & REST), xml. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience configuring transaction taxes and related master data within ORACLE Experience with integrating third party enterprise tax products (e.g. ONESOURCE Determination, ONESOURCE Compliance, Avalara, Sovos, CCH, Sabrix, Taxware and/or Vertex) is highly desirable. Ability to write/modify existing integration software and integrate software applications and modules in accordance with agreed upon specifications, created in partnership with others. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $120,400 - $223,600. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
