About the Role The Thomson Reuters Professional Serivces E-Learning & Content team is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team as a Learning Experience Designer to create highly interactive course material.This individual will work closely withstakeholders in Professional Services as well as other departments such as Product Management, Development, Marketing, and Sales to design, develop, and maintain content created by Professional Services for the consumption of internal and external customers.Additionally, the Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for maintaining and improving processes and procedures related to content creation as well as manage systems that staff members may use to deliver content. As the Learning Experience Designer, you will: Support the creation, development and updating of external content and e-learning for intuitive end-user consumption Lead and participate in the production of content related projects in order to ensure a high quality and efficient final product. Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning, scripting, content build out, review, and publishing of a variety of projects Help organize and maintain content files, processes and standards related to E-Learning & Content Responsible for maintaining and sharing tool expertise related to the Articulate platform as well as Camtasia, and other necessary tools Educate non-content resources on what is expected of the SME role when engaging with the eLearning & content team as necessary Coordinate, track and report on analytics related to training activities and systems usage Support overall activities of the Professional Services team Other duties as assigned About You Have a degree and/or 2+ years of eLearning course design experience Demonstrable skill with industry standard eLearning software such as Captivate, Articulate, etc. Reviewable portfolio of interactive materials Ability to meet deadlines/prioritize and deliver quality in a time sensitive environment Excellent verbal and written skills Ability to work in an agile environment What's in it For You?
