Description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Spanish Bilingual Recruiter to join our HR team. In this contract-to-hire position, your chief responsibility will be to find and engage top talent for various positions in our organization. To ensure success, you should have a solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting and superb communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.

  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.

  • Embed diversity and inclusion strategy into recruitment strategy and practices.

  • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions.

  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast.

  • Compose job offer letters.

  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications and conduct initial phone screenings.

  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting resources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent.

  • Conduct candidate interviews in both English and Spanish.

  • Schedule and conduct follow-up interviews, as required.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align company's needs and candidates' profiles.

  • Stay up-to-date with current employment legislation and regulations.

  • Provide talent acquisition and recruitment reports to team and senior leadership.

  • Develop, track, and present recruiting metrics to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, with experience in full-cycle recruitment.

  • Proficient in both Spanish and English; both written and speaking.

  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management systems.

  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github, Stack Overflow, etc.

  • Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • Strong decision-making skills.
