We are looking for a SAP Payroll/ ECP Senior Consultant to join our growing HCM team. This position focuses on payroll systems and their processes through the deployment and support of Employee Central Payroll - ECP as a Lead Consultant. This role can be fully remote in a WFH setting in Australia, or come and join us in one of our office locations.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Provide best-practice HR guidance on clients' processes by analysing business requirements and developing effective configuration solutions evaluating current payroll stream
Work as a member of the team to lead on ECP and/or SAP Payroll implementation and support projects
Support customers in defining, redesigning and documenting business processes
Design solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, prioritise gaps and design the implementation timeline
Build prototypes: implement the solution and test environment
Define the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolution
Finalise configuration: migrate solution to productive environment, perform data migration activities, perform cut over activities
Conduct knowledge transfer activities as in training and support for customers for developing their skills.
Skills and experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
At least five years of relevant experience in implementing SAP payroll solutions
Experience in payroll configuration
Expertise and ideally certification in ECP and/or SAP payroll
Experience in Time and Attendance would be an additional advantage
Professional and committed to deliver customer satisfaction in challenging environments
Professional presentation and communication skills (both written & oral)
Highly organized and able to multi-task competing stakeholder requests
Innovative mindset to create and improve processes to successfully optimize at-scale
