Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee both the clinical and administrative functions of our facility. As the LNHA, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our high standards of care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating a collaborative work culture for our residents and staff.
Location:Pawling, NY (Dutchess County)
Salary Range:$110,000 - $150,000 per year (negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Facility Management:
Supervise all clinical and administrative operations within the facility.
Develop and implement a comprehensive management system to optimize day-to-day functions.
Coordinate and manage departments to ensure efficient and high-quality care delivery.
Financial Oversight:
Oversee financial management and budgeting for the facility.
Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising care quality.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Lead the facility’s quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Resident Advocacy:
Advocate for residents’ rights and ensure their care is individualized and of the highest quality.
Foster an environment where residents’ voices are heard and valued.
Qualifications:
Current New York State LNHA Certification.
Strong leadership, performance management, and team-building skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including email and document management.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset that prioritizes both resident and staff well-being.
