Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$64,500 - $167,200
Organization Overview:
The Shutdown Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing facility and maintenance shutdown safely and efficiently. The maintenance shutdown coordinator will report to the Facilities Engineering team.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure a safe working environment by following safety rules and helping improve the safety culture
• Leading a cross functional team of safety, maintenance, operations, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Manufacturing Support
• Provide robust maintenance shutdown strategy with multiple competing priorities
• Deviation investigator and Change Control owner
• Create and revise preventative maintenance procedures as applicable
• Provide reports to senior leadership of maintenance shutdown KPIs
• Interface with external contractors in case of needs or involve them on projects when required
Basic Requirements:
• At least 7 years in Engineering and/or Maintenance experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
Additional Skills/Preferences:
• Relevant experience operating in an FDA regulated environment
• Experience with deviation and change management systems including TrackWise
• Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) exposure/knowledge/experience
• Strong problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
• Strong computer skills in a variety of software packages (SAP, Excel, etc.), previous experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (i.e. MAXIMO)
Additional Information:
• Ability to work 8 hour days – Monday through Friday
• Ability to work overtime and during holiday shutdowns as required
