Your Role

In this role, you will lead a team of leaders and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your site. Your key responsibilities will include staffing, warehouse operations, budgeting, P&L, and customer service. Have a hands-on approach for succession planning, building bench strength, and continuous improvement projects.

Your Responsibilities

• You will establish long-range laborneeds based on sales forecasts

• Ensure compliance with the implementationof quality, safety, and security

• Implement processes for the maintenanceof the building, equipment, housekeeping, and sanitation programs

• Collaborate with the managementteam to establish goals

• Lead the operations of thewarehouse Supervisory personnel to achieve prescribed goals

• You will control and direct alltransportation into and out of the warehouse to meet company standards

• Support Production DepartmentManagers to develop a smooth flow of inventory into the warehouse for bothshipping and storage

• To set up the standard trainingprogram for all levels of employees involved in the operations and totrain them

• You will complete annual performancereviews

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in supply chainmanagement discipline or similar field or equivalent work experience

• 10+ years in a distributionenvironment

• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare or GxP-related distributionenvironment

• 7+ years as a manager in adistribution environment; 3PL experience is preferred

• WMS experience of 5+ years

• 2+ years of experience with leadingand implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Continuous ProcessImprovement

• Experience with ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems a plus

• Experience with cold chain storage and distribution

• Knowledgeof healthcare distribution license requirements and the ability to obtaina personal designated representative license

• Experience with cold chain storage and distribution
