About the role

Under direct supervision, assists with the creation and revision of multiple aspects of the CBRE Quality Management System (QMS), or in situations where CBRE operates within the client's system, assists with the integration and ongoing oversight aspects required by that QMS. This role will also be involved with general and overall quality of services (non-regulated) CBRE provides the client. Key aspects for this role include but not limited to: assisting with training programs, inspection readiness programs, and vendor management programs. Training program coordination may include training compliance oversight and technical writing of course materials.

What you’ll do

Assists with the creation, revision, and routine enforcement of many aspects of the CBRE QMS; or in the case where CBRE operates under the client's QMS; assists with the integration and routine oversight of the client's QMS stated requirements.

Maintains schedule of training classes, coordinating with multiple departments and/or vendors. This consists of recording enrollment records, class schedules, employee transcripts, class costs, completion rates, etc.

Maintains training files on employees and third-party service providers.

Works with subject-matter-experts (SMEs) to support course creation, revision, and periodic compliance reviews. Assists and/or facilitates leader led and on the job training courses and ensures remediation is provided to employees when necessary.

Dedicated management of the CBRE (and/or client's) with the inspection of third party service providers and raw material vendors which may include, inspection planning, facilitating, reporting, appropriate issues/notifications to management, and audit closing reports.

Participates with initiatives associated with delivering excellent customer service and quality services for all the non-regulated services CBRE provides the client per the service level agreement (SLA).

What you’ll need

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent related work experience. 1-2 years related work experience required.

Pay range is about $80,000 to $85,000 annual base salary with some flexibility for the right hire.
