Job Title: Patient Recruitment Specialist II
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Recruitment Specialist II to manage the recruitment of subjects for study participation. This role involves developing and conducting pre-screen procedures, building rapport with prospective patients, and maintaining accurate records in our clinical database. You will also schedule on-site screening visits and evaluate essential information from research participants.
Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment of subjects for study participation via methods including database review, contacting prior patients, and outreach or advertising.
Develop and conduct pre-screen procedures using sponsor/trial-specific questionnaires to evaluate potential eligibility for clinical trials.
Build rapport and provide excellent customer service to prospective patients.
Answer questions regarding clinical research trial participation, informed consent, and study procedures.
Enter and track subjects in the site’s clinical database, ensuring accurate contact information and patient demographics.
Schedule subjects for on-site screening visits and collaborate with the Site Director regarding staffing needs.
Evaluate necessary information from research participants, including HIPAA, Medical Chart Release Authorization, and medical records.
Understand the protocol, including study timelines, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and study requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience with clinical trials and recruiting.
Knowledge of medical records and patient chart management.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
