Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will build out an employee handbook, address core performance issues, and handle specialized projects. You will also manage employee relations, working closely with employees on Performance Improvement Plans (PIP). This position does not focus on compliance or managing Reductions in Force (RIF).

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Durham, North Carolina and some days remote.
Work Environment
Hybrid, on-site 2-3 days a week. Remote work possible following proven responsibility.
