Robert Half HR Generalist in Durham, North Carolina

Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our healthcare client's team in Durham, North Carolina. This HR Generalist role will primarily revolve around the analysis of sales positions within our organization and will require close interaction with HR partners and sales leaders. The selected candidate will also be instrumental in supporting the Sales Compensation needs across the enterprise. Are you an experienced HR professional with expertise in compensation and sales operations? We’re seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to undertake a key project to analyze sales positions within our Diagnostics Segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with team members on a global job architecture and leveling project

  • Conduct job evaluations and pricing using published survey data

  • Review job content and functional details for consultative changes

  • Support year-end planning and integration of acquisitions

  • Facilitate sales incentive design reviews, including maintaining relationships with sales leadership, finance and executives

  • Prepare recommendations for new hires and internal sales offers/promotions

The position can be based remotely, preferably in the Central or Eastern Time Zones

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in compensation and/or sales operations

  • Experience in a global company desired

  • Proficiency with Workday HR software and significant knowledge of WTW software for job evaluations

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with sales incentive program design

  • Experience presenting to and speaking with executive level stakeholders

  • Proven ability in establishing compensation structures for sales organizations
