Adecco is currently assisting a global agricultural technology company in employing for a Glasshouse Technician in Durham, NC.

Schedule:

• MON-FRI 8:00AM - 5PM

Pay Rate: The wage for this position is between $19 and $19.97. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Perform plant and seed production based activities with commercial crops in a laboratory

greenhouse to support plant science research.

• Hand watering, fertilizing, and plant maintenance

• Sampling, transplanting, pollinating, and discarding plants

• Planting, harvesting, shelling, and counting seeds

• Assist with data collection and plant performance observations

• May include weekend and holiday hours

What do we need from you?

• BS degree or equivalent in agronomy, horticulture or plant science related field or an associate degree

• 2 years of experience in plant biology
