Hourly Rate: $23.40 - $24.56
Workdays/Hours: Monday - Friday / 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Position primarily responsible for Inputting, analyzing and ensuring Team data integrity, track times of request and response to concerns, prepare activity reports (i.e. weekly, monthly, annual, special, etc.). Preparing reports by activity, PAC District, partnership, etc.. Input, monitor and analyze information to and from DataHub and Cityworks. Research and report out for all post remediation concerns, allowing the Crew Chiefs to focus on their current task . Engage, coordinate, and conduct Community Building/Beautification Projects in
partnership with residents and community groups.
Duties/Responsibilities
Gathers and compiles data; calculates statistics; provides special project/program support related to materials/information-gathering and administration; enters and provides analysis for DataHub division performance measures.
Prepares and produces documents, reports and/or presentations from verbal information and/or written drafts; assists with the preparation of manuals, polices, procedures, confidential correspondence and public information materials; provides general administrative support to staff and/or projects.
Coordinates receiving, addressing, and documenting customer complaints through Durham One Call and other sources including receipt and processing of calls and emails, provides information to callers, researches and resolves complaints and makes referrals as appropriate.
Coordinates Community Building and Beautification projects and collaborates with other City Departments in providing special project assistance and services.
Serves as a lead worker, assigning work and monitoring work completion in areas of data tracking, special community project coordination, and as assigned.
Provides quality assurance over administrative support functions including financial, procurement and human resources transactions.
Coordinates meeting requests, event calendaring, special event scheduling and/or logistical support for event scheduling; provides calendaring coordination and support for staff, as assigned. Work may also include program support such as handling equipment share or rental needs; and training staff.
Coordinates and oversees administrative office functions such as maintaining supplies; processing fiscal, procurement, payroll, time-keeping, and/or human resources transactions; assisting with social media; assisting with budget preparation, reporting and/or monitoring of expenditures/revenues; maintaining service contracts and coordinating equipment repair; and coordinating work flow.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Associates degree or equivalent.
