Our client, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the material handling department supporting the packaging, filing, storing, and transfer of chemical material. The ideal candidate will have positive attitude, great attendance record, and works well in a team dynamic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: 200 East Pettigrew Street, Durham, NC 27703

Pay Range: $17 hr

What’s the Job?

• Operate powered and manual industrial forklift to transport chemical materials about the warehouse and possibly outdoors.

• Execute fulfillment of customers orders through processes of packing, filling, storing, and shipping chemical/ hazardous materials.

• Loading and unloading drums of chemical material, transfering drums, tanks, and totes onto pallets and stock replenishment.

What’s Needed?

• 1+ year of chemical handling

• 2+ years of forklift experience

• Ability to lift up to 100lbs

• Shipping, Receiving, & Inventory Experience

• Steel toe shoes are required to ensure safety protocol
