Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for keeping food manufacturing lines running smoothly and performing preventive maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
Utilize hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers to fix and adjust equipment.
Ensure that production lines are operational and address any mechanical issues promptly.
Essential Skills
3-4 years of maintenance experience in a production environment.
Proficiency with mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance.
Experience with using hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
3-4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Food and beverage industry experience is a plus but not required.

Work Environment
You will be part of a team of 12 maintenance technicians in a plant with over 100 production workers. The work requires steel toe boots and starts at 5 AM or 6 AM for the first shift, and 2 PM or 3 PM for the second shift, depending on the day. The schedule is Monday to Friday with frequent Saturday shifts (2-3 per month). This is a family-owned company that has been in business for over 70 years.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
