Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for keeping food manufacturing lines running smoothly and performing preventive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on production equipment.

• Utilize hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers to fix and adjust equipment.

• Ensure that production lines are operational and address any mechanical issues promptly.

Essential Skills

• 3-4 years of maintenance experience in a production environment.

• Proficiency with mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance.

• Experience with using hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

• Food and beverage industry experience is a plus but not required.

Work Environment

You will be part of a team of 12 maintenance technicians in a plant with over 100 production workers. The work requires steel toe boots and starts at 5 AM or 6 AM for the first shift, and 2 PM or 3 PM for the second shift, depending on the day. The schedule is Monday to Friday with frequent Saturday shifts (2-3 per month). This is a family-owned company that has been in business for over 70 years.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
