Owner operated, fast paced business currently seeking an Bookkeper/Office Manager to join our team. This role is resposible for overall office activities, providing general administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of the office and manage office needs. The qualified candidate will be able to handle a variety of administrative, bookkeeping and assistant tasks. Salary range: $19.00 - $22.00 based on experience and performance history. Responsibilities: - Accouts Payable/ Receivable. Generate checks for approved invoices - Adjustments and Refunds -Deposits -Manage accounts receivable past due. Recommend and prepare accounts for outside collection agencies, attorneys and write offs -Perform data entry and administrative tasks. Compute and record data -Payroll management via ADP -Bookkeeping including reconciliation and month end reporting. -Answer phones -Filing business documents Qualifications: -Previous experience in office management and bookkeeping - Ability to prioritize and multitask -Strong organizational skills and self-directed -Deadline and detail oriented -Proficient in Small Business Financials, Office 365, Excel.
