Hunt Electric Corporation Warehouse Associate in Duluth, Minnesota

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Warehouse Associate supports Hunt Electric s operations by supplying materials and tools to jobsites, receiving deliveries, prepping shipments, moving materials, and maintaining an orderly warehouse. - Load and unload trucks with materials to be shipped out to or returning from jobsites. - Operate Forklift as needed. - Check in and clean tools. - Pick products off the shelves and prepare for shipping. - Scrap and waste material handling. - Communicate with and provide updates to teammates, technicians and field electricians, and project managers. - Pick up and drop off materials at job sites using a company vehicle occasionally. - Some tool repair QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS - High School Diploma or equivalent - 1 year of warehouse experience preferred; experience operating a forklift preferred. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines. - Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to use technology (tablet, cell phone, laptop) to communicate with Hunt Electric team members and vendors. - Basic skills such as inspection, math and reading. - Ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. - Knowledge of materials and tools used in the electrical industry preferred. - Tool Repair experience preferred - Ability to work overtime occasionally as needed.
