Business Partners in senior roles partner with Vice Presidents and senior leadership across the organization and provide holistic support to the people strategies for those leaders. In a senior role, business partners are expected to serve the organization as technical and subject matter experts for the areas in which they work.Senior business partners work with a high level of independence and are expected to provide input and guidance to other members of the Human Resources and leadership teams. They are often required to lead projects, develop and implement new methodologies, and make recommendations to improve both the business and processes within Human Resources.Senior business partners provide accurate and timely feedback to team members on their work performance, accomplishments, and opportunities. They are skilled in coaching team members and organizational leaders to achieve optimal performance.They lead and work on highly complex projects with large degrees of risk and scope. Senior business partners are seasoned professionals skilled in conflict resolution, change management, and coaching.Work Experience:8 years’ HR experience in roles of progressive and varied responsibility3 years’ experience in a generalist role preferred

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR management or related field

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

SPHR or PHR preferred
