This position involves designing, developing, and delivering a comprehensive course on Environmental Assessment at the college level. Job Duties Develop a well-structured and up-to-date curriculum for the Environmental Assessment course, ensuring alignment with industry standards and academic requirements. Integrate theoretical principles with practical applications to provide students with a holistic understanding of environmental assessment processes. Facilitate engaging and dynamic classroom sessions, leveraging a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles. Foster a collaborative learning environment that encourages critical thinking and active participation among students. Utilize case studies, real-world examples, and guest lectures to enhance the practical relevance of the course content. Qualifications Required Qualifications The successful candidate will have expertise in environmental science, policy, and impact assessment methodologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of environmental professionals by providing students with a solid foundation in assessing and mitigating the environmental impacts of human activities. Preferred Qualifications Ph D with teaching experience in environmental sciences. Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $5,250.00 - $7,762.50; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
