Encompass Administrator NON-EXEMPT Join our Mortgage team as a Encompass Administrator, serving as a subject matter expert for Encompass. This role involves providing technical support and developing end-user training for mortgage department technology. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines, and a commitment to being an integral part of the mortgage lending team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Daily administration and support of the Encompass Software System including managing user setup, roles and security, customization of objects, fields, record types, and page layouts. Provide mortgage LOS and core system training to users throughout the mortgage department Participate in the design, testing and implementation of new products and/or services to expand credit union services and products QUALIFICATIONS Two- year associate degree in management information systems or another related field preferred Two or more years of financial industry experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 1 year experience as an Encompass administrator preferred Expert level knowledge using Excel Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High technical aptitude Enjoys and comfortable with using mathematical, analytical, problem-solving skills Basic project management and administrative skills Overseeing implementation of system updates Ability to work independently, self-starter Willing to get certification in Encompass
