Job Title: Training Coordinator, LMS

Overview

Joule has an opening for a hybrid Training Coordinator that must be able to work onsite 3 days weekly, with the open to work from home for 2 additional days. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong communication, time management and organizational skills. Must be based in GA and able to be in the Duluth office Tuesday, Wed and Thursdays.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating the execution, delivery, and management of our educational programs

  • Creating schedules and managing calendars

  • Preparing materials, logistics for meetings

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the programs

    Requirements

  • Minimum of a HS diploma, degree preferred

  • Prior experience coordinating training logistics including pre-course email communications

  • Facilitating the onboarding or new team member experience

  • 3 years of experience providing administrative and operations support to a training team

  • Managing and troubleshooting courses on a Learning Management System (LMS), highly preferred.
