QTS Data Centers (Quality Technology Services) is seeking an Sales Senior Analyst to work from our Duluth, GA campus . QTS is a leading provider of data center solutions across a diverse footprint spanning more than 9 million square feet of QTS Mega Data Centers throughout North America and Europe.

The Sales Senior Analyst will support the analytics and reporting side of the Sales Operations department which owns reporting, dashboards and insights used for strategic decision-making by QTS Sales leadership. This role will serve as lead helping the team process complex data and reports that involve sales activity, leads, forecast, funnel, bookings and billing. The Sales Sr. Analyst must be skilled working with sales data and systems, customer service focused and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Accounting teams. The Sales Sr. Analyst will support the Sales Operations Manager and Director of Sales Operations with other weekly and monthly deliverables, ad-hoc reporting, and analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES - other duties may be assigned
Proactively serve as lead providing support for and/or own ad hoc requests, monthly/quarterly reporting, Salesforce dashboards, and Tableau analytics, ensuring reporting and analysis standardization
Produce a monthly reporting package that provides leadership with actionable insights of strategic opportunities within the business inclusive of segment benchmarks and KPIs to determine what success looks like and provide feedback on productivity
Must be able to work independently and be highly productive with many projects going on at one time
Become a trusted partner of our Sales Leadership by creating insightful data products and providing consistent communication and support
Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, and summarizes up from low-level information to a general understanding, ensuring user requests along with underlying true needs
Assist Sales Operations Manager in coaching/training teammates in reporting and analytics, customer bookings, Excel, presentation creation, data visualization, etc.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum five years of experience in similar roles
Extensive spreadsheet and quantitative skills
CRM (preferably Salesforce) dashboard & reporting knowledge
Advanced Tableau reporting capabilities
Proven project management skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in Business Administration
Prior experience in a data center and/or real estate environment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
Highly analytical
Self-directed and driven to accomplish goals and meet deadlines
Proven problem-solving experience
Ability to work in an entrepreneurial dynamic and relatively unstructured environment
Self-starter, positive, team-oriented outlook, enjoy working across functional boundaries, with a high energy level
