As an Investor Relations Associate , you will drive the creation and coordination of strategic communication materials for a range of audiences, including investors, clients, vendors, external lenders, and C-suite to name a few. You will synthesize information and data from a broad range of sources to create and deliver content highlighting company strategic and execution performance as well as support ongoing investor relations activities (reporting, information requests, etc.).

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the creation and drafting of presentation materials, investor letters and other mediums to be presented on behalf of the CEO, CFOs and other Execs to existing investors, lenders, vendors, clients, potential investors and other key stakeholders

  • Manage content creation calendar and schedules as well as crate and manage library of off-the-shelf presentation content

  • Coordinate and facilitate investor tours and presentation at various data centers

  • Complete data requests from investors, lenders, consultants and market researchers; maintain tracking of marketing collateral and investor communications

  • Develop relationships across the organization to streamline communication efforts and content creation

  • Collaborating with functions to update content and presentation materials on a regular cadence as well as improve and streamline content creation process

  • Manage monthly reporting dashboards and processes to investors

  • Prepare and analyze detailed investment reports, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial insights; collaborate with finance teams to support investor relations activities.

  • Read, abstract, and analyze industry and company-specific reports (i.e., leasing data, rent rolls, financial statements, contracts, etc.) as necessary to accurately summarize and communicate relevant details to stakeholders.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in equity research, investor relations, finance, investment banking, or asset management; experience in real estate and/or private equity is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail with outstanding organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

  • Ability to drive content creation around business performance and strategy

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Energetic and proactive, with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, economics, or a related quantitative discipline
