Aftermarket Sales Manager

About the role:
WEG Electric Corp. has a great opportunity for an Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our team. This position is responsible and accountable for growth of WEG EM Engineered Services and Aftermarket Business, from finding opportunities and users to cultivating and building relationships with all levels of customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Communicate with Inside Service Sales Support and Customers effectively.
Demonstrates an understanding of User applications and needs, etc.
Develop industry experience (periodicals, internet research, conference participation, site visits, etc.).
Attend industry-specific conferences and report activities quarterly to management.
Review request for quotations (specifications, emails, phone calls, etc.).
Lead and take ownership of requesting feedback from customers.
Identify project / customer details vital for determining quotation strategy.
Compile an accurate quotation to customers of WEG-s offering.
Working with WEG EM and WEG EM partners to meet customer expectations.
Consistently mentors and trains junior team members.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Education:
- High School or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
- Bachelor-s degree from a four (4) year college or university or university program certificate, or 2 to 4 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
