Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, AC HOTEL PARIS LE BOURGET AIRPORT. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Under the authority of the General Manager or the Operations Manager, he/she is responsible for leading the technical department with the main mission of ensuring the proper management and profitability of the department. The technical manager is recognized for the relevance of his/her technical diagnosis and the quality of his/her interventions.

Guaranteeing the proper functioning of the equipment, he/she provides support to guests and the various departments of the hotel on all technical issues, by intervening personally or by contacting the companies authorized to do so. He or She supervises and manages the technical team.

• Ensures the maintenance of technical equipment and carries out regular checks

• Contacts external companies in the event of a request for intervention (elevators, kitchen equipment, air conditioning, etc.)

• Inspects the entire facility, takes note of all technical issues and provides solutions to resolve them

• Responds to all customer requests in a timely manner

• Knows fire response and evacuation procedures and intervenes when necessary

• Carries out the general monitoring of the department (works, interventions, reactive and curative maintenance)

• Sets up documents, maintenance schedules for equipment and installations

• Follows policies and ensures compliance with Marriott standards within his department

• Directs and manages the technical department in order to maintain the performance of the hotel's equipment and the quality of customer service

• Ensures the proper technical functioning of the hotel

• Ensures the coordination and control of the activities of the subcontracting companies

• Monitors and complies with methods, procedures and regulatory tools in terms of sanitary hygiene, fire safety, labor legislation, etc.

• Participates and monitors maintenance and capex budgets

You are responsive, organized, rigorous, with a sense of the "field", available and attentive.

You support the hotel's projects by ensuring the satisfaction of our internal and external guests.

You have a fluent command of French and you know how to communicate in English, you have excellent interpersonal skills and high standards in terms of quality of service and staff performance.

You have a strong ability to organize your work and manage your priorities and are autonomous.
