What You’ll Do:
Develop skills in the Member Service Representative role while working at various branches at Dupaco and experiencing different teams along the way
Open and process any and all deposit accounts that lead to long term, profitable and loyal relationships
Engage members during initial interview and connect them to the products and services that best meet their needs
Perform Money Makeovers and Credit History Lessons resulting in the payoff of other lenders
Provide quality service to members, potential members and coworkers
Demonstrates teamwork and professionalism in all interactions with coworkers and other departments.
Promote a professional image of the credit union
Understand the technology that is available to the members and demonstrate how to use it
Take applications for visas as well as the ability to process disbursements
Promote full-family membership to new and existing members
Able to proficiently resolve member inquiries
Help members initiate automatic payments, direct deposits, net checks and payrolls
Serve as a Teller Service Associate when necessary
What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED)
Strong customer service experience – some financial industry experience is preferred, but not required
To promote a professional image of the credit union while providing outstanding service to members, potential members, and coworkers
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to adjust your communication style to your audience
Excellent computer skills with the ability to navigate between multiple programs and utilize dual computer screens
Positive energy, openness to coaching and feedback, and a proactive sales mindset to consistently meet and exceed goals
