JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Position: Part Time Adjunct Lecturer of Earth Sciences for Spring 2025
Appointment: Part Time 16 weeks, reappointment dependent upon semester needs
Position Summary: Penn State DuBois seeks applicants for a Part Time Adjunct Lecturer of EARTH. Courses may include EARTH 2, the Earth System and Global Change, EARTH 104N, Climate, Energy, and Our Future and EARTH 109, the Fundamentals of Shale Energy Development.
Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants must possess a minimum of a Master`s degree or higher in an Earth Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Courses are in person on Tuesday and Thursday between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
A teaching demonstration may be required as part of the campus interview.
Employment with the University for this job will require successful completion of the Pennsylvania (PA) Publicly Available Clearances: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and the FBI Criminal History Background Check.
