Job Title: Body Shop Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Body Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing all body repair work on trucks, including replacing and repairing fenders, hoods, and windshields, as well as sanding, prepping, and completing minor fiberglass work. The role also involves washing trucks and other related tasks to ensure vehicles are ready for use.
Responsibilities
Perform all body repair work on trucks
Repair and replace fenders
Repair and replace hoods
Sand all damages to be ready for paint
Perform prepping and minor fiberglass work
Replace new side panels
Replace windshields
Wash trucks
Essential Skills
Experience in engine repair, assembly, mechanical installation, and blueprint reading
Proficiency in diesel maintenance and repair
Skill in brake repair
At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
Punctuality and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and ask questions when unsure
Work Environment
The position is based in a small, clean, and temperature-controlled shop with six bays and five technicians. The shift runs from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. No personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dublin, Virginia
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00
