The Job Details are as follows:

As the SaaS Software Engineer, you will join the development staff responsible for OCLC's back-office systems. You will utilize various tools, processes, methods, and products to build reliable, scalable, and high-performing enterprise-class solutions. This role involves interacting with different SaaS systems and supporting business workflows within those systems.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

- - Perform high-level analysis and design software for new and existing systems.

``` - - Utilize industry-standard programming techniques to translate requirements and designs into code.

``` - - Design, code, and test multiple modules of a system within specified timelines.

``` - - Participate in unit, system, and acceptance testing, including designing tests, building test data, and providing recommendations for system improvements and fixes.

``` - - Plan and assist in load, capacity, and performance analysis and testing.

```{=html}

``` - - Collaborate with the product manager and other developers to assist in requirements creation.

``` - - Support the application in production.

```{=html}

``` - - Participate in the analysis and implementation of third-party solutions for OCLC applications, understanding the impact and analyzing the associated risks.

 

Qualifications

- - Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a Computer Science-related discipline is required.

``` - - Skills represented by at least 3-4 years of software development experience.

``` - - Strong oral and written communication skills.

```{=html}

``` - - Understanding of the capabilities and architecture of SaaS solutions.

```{=html}

``` - - Experience with SaaS software, preferably Salesforce and NetSuite.

```{=html}

``` - - Knowledge of database design principles.

 

Competencies:

- - Experience with Public Cloud or SaaS, OS security, and systems design.

``` - - Demonstrated experience with incident response processes.

 

Working Conditions:Normal office environment.
