We are looking for experience Machine operators for a client site in Dublin, Ohio. These are primarily 1st shift positions with great 8am-4:30pm hours and pay ranging from $18/hr-$23/hr.

Machine operators, also known as production operators, are responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently in manufacturing plants to produce goods. Their duties include:

• Setting up and adjusting machinesBefore each production cycle, machine operators may set up machines and adjust settings like speed

• Maintaining machineryMachine operators perform routine maintenance and minor calibrations to ensure machines run smoothly and efficiently

• Inspecting machineryMachine operators check the functionality of safety features and perform inspections to ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently

• Fixing machinesMachine operators fix broken-down machines

• Following proceduresMachine operators follow standard operating procedures, production instructions, and health and safety guidelines

• Solving problemsMachine operators may troubleshoot issues that arise during the manufacturing process

• Maintaining qualityMachine operators work to ensure the quality of the machine-produced outputs

• Keeping recordsMachine operators may create and manage records of approved and defective units or final products, as well as activity logs

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
