About the role The Business Process Engineer position provides the ability to problem solve and collaborate in teams and in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment. A highly motivated and self-driven individual with a desire to have a measurable impact on the future direction of Quantum Health's business operations will do well. This position is involved in the analysis, design, and improvement of healthcare outcomes-based research through the use of Industrial and Systems Engineering principles. Experienced contributor with knowledge in a wide variety of business and/or systems processes. Expert in the analysis of existing integrated processes, procedures, and methods with the ability to promote effective business operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance, or other methods. Creates and implements process change by partnering with all levels across organization on proposed process and procedure enhancements, including: Root Cause Analysis, Time Studies, Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Process Improvements. What you'll do Critical business process analysis Process impact analysis of technology initiatives Documentation of current and future state critical business processes Includes completing workload analysis and observation of roles performing stated processes. Collaborate with other departments on shared initiatives such as Product Development, Operations and Clinical leadership. Documentation of UAT plans for major tech releases Validate impact of organizational initiatives on gross margin, staffing, and process, evaluate potential improvement areas and formulate business cases for senior level report out preparations and presentation. All other duties as assigned. What you'll bring Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering or other Engineering discipline, plus demonstrated competence, with a desired 2+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience. Additional post-graduate education may contribute towards the desired years of experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or healthcare fields desired Experience in performance management, productivity and Industrial and Systems Engineering (preferred) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher Protect and take care of our company and member's data every day by committing to work within our company ethics and policies. Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
