Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in the finance industry, specifically for an Accounting Specialist role based in Dublin, Ohio. The chosen candidate will be expected to handle various accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment, using their expertise in accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel to effectively manage accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized records of all transactions

• Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) support

• Answer phone inquiries, providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders

• Update purchase order information in the accounting system regularly

• Utilize accounting software systems such as ADP - Financial Services, Concur, Great Plains (GPAC) to manage and process transactions

• Perform billing functions and check processing, ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely manner

• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable and receivable

• Support other team members and departments with accounting-related tasks as needed

• Continually update skills and knowledge in accounting functions to improve efficiency and productivity. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is crucial.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Familiarity with Concur software is necessary.

• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) software is imperative.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are needed.

• Proficiency in various Accounting Functions is required.

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is vital.

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

• Familiarity with Billing Functions is essential.

• Experience in Check Processing is required.
