What you'll do: As a Workplace Automation Developer, you are considered a Solution Specialist and have in depth knowledge of Modern Workplace O365 and Power Platform. You are energetic and passionate about Power Platform and how it can be used to solve complex business problems. In this role, will be responsible for setting the vision, technical direction, and solution shaping. You will collaborate with project teams in customizing, developing, integrating, and extending PowerApps and Power Platform to meet client needs. In your day-to-day you will: * Oversee your team(s) work across all phases of project lifecycle (e.g., Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test). * Direct efforts to defining technical, operational, and user requirements. * Review and improve conceptual architecture and general solutions designs. * Engage in client dialogues and arrange workshops. * Own partnerships with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction and solution delivery. * Lead continuous improvement efforts to proactively identify potential challenges to customer success and business productivity. Skills and experiencesss: * Designing and configuring Power Apps (Canvas) Model Driven Apps, Power Automate workflows. * Understanding how to use Dataverse and Dataverse for Microsoft Teams platforms and * Configuration and Customization of Dataverse (Plugins/JavaScript/Logic Apps/Azure Functions), Web API and SSIS * Excellent knowledge of Office 365 * DevOps and CI-CD Pipeline with Power Platform Build tools and Power Platform CLI * Experience and knowledge of working with Power Apps Component framework * Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models Desirable * Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, SQL Server, HTML, C#, .NET * Design and Customization of PowerApps Portal (Liquid) About you: Characteristics that can spell success for this role * Embrace challenges with a keen intellect and a thirst for knowledge. * Collaborate seamlessly, fostering open and effective communication. * Embrace creativity and explore groundbreaking solutions.
