Meta Treasury Analyst in Dublin, Ireland

We are seeking a motivated self-starter to join Meta’s Treasury team. As an integral part of our Treasury Operations team, you will support many aspects of our Global Treasury Operations. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience with visibility into Meta’s operations and business and have a meaningful impact within the Finance organization. The full-time position will be located in Dublin and will report to the Global Treasury Operations Manager.

Required Skills:

Treasury Analyst Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Global Process Owner on implementing a Global In House Bank and Treasury Management System enhancements.

  2. The role will support the monitoring anControl of daily bank activity, to include completeness checks for daily transactions, which support on-going cash & risk management strategies.

  3. Manage changes in cash management banking portals ensuring accuracy and efficiency

  4. Identify best practices and design and implement changes to systems and processes to maximize efficiencies.

  5. Support treasury and cash transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption

  6. Develop and maintain reporting capabilities that produce key performance indicators, informing business decisions

  7. Provide support for systems used by the Treasury Operations team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.

  2. 4 years of experience in domestic and international Treasury Operations.

  3. Quantum TMS experience is essential

  4. Demonstrated analytical skills and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)

  5. Knowledge of banking and treasury systems.

  6. Proven experience with a Treasury Management System

  1. Previous experience with an In House Banking is preferred

  2. Have a great work ethic and ability to work individually on projects as well as part of a dynamic team.

  3. Be a self-starter and possess strong prioritization and organization skills.

  4. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  5. Have good verbal, written, and presentation skills to articulate ideas and plans clearly, accurately, and effectively.

  6. Must be a team player adept at facilitating an open exchange of ideas and know how to build win/win relationships.

  7. Strong drive for process improvement and ability to identify ways to streamline processes.
