The Azure CXP PRIMO organization within Azure CXP is responsible for building great products to enable Customer Success at scale, focusing on, Customer Troubleshooting, Diagnostics, Support Platform, Workload Resiliency, Service Health Experiences, and Azure Advisor within the Azure Portal to name a few. We also build, manage, and operate critical systems required for Microsoft Cloud operations at scale, across Incident Management & Response, Quality, and Customer Engagement & Observability. We are an international, diverse team of software engineers, product management, technical program management, and data science professionals. We are known for consistently innovating and creating new solutions, utilizing the latest in AI technologies to solve complex problems. As a team, we are empathetic to our customers' needs and driven by data to improve and grow the success of our programs.
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for delivering well-designed, scalable, and reliable software for large-scale projects. Responsibilities

Building platform and experiences for Azure customers to empower them with best-in-class tools, AI powered services, and diagnostics.
Providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers.
Working with other Azure Product/Service teams and customers to implement scalable self-serve solutions.
Ensure high quality, secure, scalable and performant code.
Support customers and live-site in a DevOps model.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 5+ years development experience
Experience writing software in one or more high level language and frameworks including C++, C#, ASP.NET, Java, J2EE, Spring, JavaScript, Typescript, React.
Strong problem solving, design, coding and debugging skills.
Drive for execution and results, while delivering quality software for large scale projects.
BS or MS in computer science or related degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
A positive attitude and a passion for software development.
Proficient with one or more cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS.
Experienced in web application development frameworks, including Angular, Knockout, or React.
Driven by a learning mindset and a strong focus on execution and results.
Experience in working with Azure Dev Ops, SQL and No-SQL or similar technologies would be a plus.
