The Dataverse Experiences team is responsible for building simple, yet sophisticated and high-quality user experience across the Dataverse ecosystem of products and services. This is one of the rare opportunities for you to design from scratch using modern Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) technology, migrate legacy experiences leveraging unified interface for model-driven apps, implement delightful, scalable and performant solutions which empower people in an organization to achieve their full potential and propel the business forward. Responsibilities

• Strategic Architecture Development: Craft and implement robust, scalable architecture, ensuring alignment with the latest industry trends and business needs.

• Innovation: Drive technological innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of talented developers, setting a standard of excellence in software design and coding practices. Be a role model of Microsoft cultural values and nurture a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative environment with growth mindset at the foundation. • Cross-Group Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and dependencies across various groups within Microsoft, including Power Platform, Dynamics, Azure, Office, Teams to unlock innovation from across the entirety of the Microsoft engineering solutions stack.

• World-Class Software as a Service: Ensure the system is optimized for high performance, reliability, security, quality, and user experience, meeting the diverse needs of global customers. Actively participate in live site activities.

• Future-Proof Solutions: Anticipate future business challenges and technological advancements, integrating flexibility and adaptability into the system’s architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND extensive technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

o OR equivalent experience

• In-depth experience in building cloud-based SaaS applications

• Leading experience in architecture and design with modern client-side/web technologies such as React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Webpack, Node.js or similar.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience leading complex software projects over multiple releases covering all stages of the product/service lifecycle 

• Prior experience in Dynamics 365, Model driven Power App, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).

• Demonstrable ability to collaborate with global teams and driving the SAAS applications charter. 

• Effective written and verbal English communication skills 

• Efficient technical skills including understanding of object-oriented programming & design, algorithms, database concepts & performance, technologies and microservice architecture

• Demonstrable coding, debugging, design, testing and problem-solving skills 

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
