What You Will Do

• Serve as a key liaison across local and global business functions on risk matters.

• Execute the operational risk and resilience frameworks in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Identify and manage operational and resilience risks, developing solutions and re-engineering processes.

• Perform root cause analysis and control assessments on operational risk events.

• Conduct ‘deep dive’ reviews of significant events and provide recommendations to enhance control environments.

• Maintain the operational risk framework for new and existing product strategies.

• Lead role in the update of the ICAAP and maintain the operational risk register.

• Administer and support group-wide operational risk tools, including configuration and system support.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in an asset/investment management firm within operational risk or internal audit (minimum 7 years required).

• Deep understanding of UCITS and AIFs.

• Ability to manage resilience processes such as Third-Party Risk Management, IT and Cyber Risk Management, and Business Impact Analysis.

• Comfortable in risk identification and collaboration for risk solutions.

• Ability to interact with senior management and assert influence across organisational levels.

Skills Required

• University degree in a related subject.

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with Wolters Kluwer – OneSumX GRC or other risk applications (a plus).

• High degree of initiative and excellent communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience in operational risk management
