The Team :

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the office, managing a wide range of administrative, financial, and operational tasks. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities while supporting the broader objectives of the company. The Office Manager will manage administrative staff, assist with company operations, and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and operational efficiency, in collaboration with senior management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient office systems and compliance with local laws and regulations.

  • Work closely with senior management and key departments such as HR, IT, Finance, Facilities Management, and Corporate Security to ensure smooth and seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Manages and develops receptionist/ AA, supervises daily activities, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of workloads.

  • Acts as liaison with local vendors/suppliers/consultants and in conjunction with global Procurement. Prepares reports for senior management as requested.

  • Acts as leading coordinator for on and off boarding of all staff in the respective office.

  • Manages project such as office moves, general staff training, Corporate Social Responsibility and Staff events.

  • Extensive administrative, financial and management skills are required.

  • Competencies for the role include: the ability to multitask, problem solving, good decision-making skills, integrity, assertiveness, flexibility, time management.

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

  • Experience in managing office relocation projects, event planning, and employee training initiatives.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and network effectively within and outside the organization.
