Your New Role...

As the Marketing & Publicity Graduate Intern, you will play an integral role in this small Dublin team. Y our time will be mainly spent on publicity and events , but you will also again experience across the roll out of the whole marketing campaign of our f ilm slate.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Working closely with the Senior Director of Marketing & Publicity in Ireland along with the UK publicity teams, you will support the development of creative campaigns for film r eleases.

  • Your time will be mainly spent on planning and execution of events, press screenings, and premieres – working with the relevant suppliers and partners , managing invite lists and RSVP lists, ticketing design, production and distribution , media partners, content creators, hosts, and social media at events.

  • You will also help maintain up-to-date media and invite lists , along with influencers and content creators.

  • Manag ing orders and promotion plans for film merchandise .

  • Work closely with the digital team and agency on building our social presence.

  • Carry out day-to-day admin tasks to support department.

Note: Due to the nature of this work you will be required to work at evening/weekend events.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • You must be a recent or soon-to-be university graduate, having graduated no earlier than July 2024.

  • P ublicity, Communications, Business Studies, Event Management, Marketing or Media Studies undergraduate preferred.

  • Must be well organised and disciplined, with the ability to prioritise workload and use time effectively.

  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, agile, and work with limited supervision.

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Digital savvy, with understanding of social media landscape .

  • Excellent MS Office skills.

  • An interest in the film, entertainment, and media industry.

The Internship...

  • Salary: €30,000

  • Contract Length: 10-12 months

  • Start Date: Likely to be 8th September 2025

  • You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.

  • You will have access to personal and professional development courses, executive speakers’ series, special screenings and more.

  • You will be part of our Early Talent network of over 100 interns & apprentices, meaning you will have an important support network of other students, graduates and apprentices and plenty of opportunities to socialise!

  • Stage 3: Pre-recorded video interviews via HireVue will be sent out, to be completed in April.

  • Stage 4: Assessment Centres & Interviews will take place May-June.
