We are seeking a talented and experienced Learning Solutions Architect (LSA) to join our Learning and Development team at ServiceNow. The LSA will play a critical role at the forefront of our L&D supply chain, working to ensure that learning requests are thoroughly analyzed and addressed with effective, scalable, and innovative solutions.

What you get to do in the role:

  • Demand Intake and Prioritization:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to intake and prioritize learning requests, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Learning Needs Analysis:

  • Conduct detailed Learning Needs Analysis to identify the required content, training, and credentialing needs.

  • Evaluate existing materials and determine gaps that need to be addressed through new content creation or updates.

  • Document and format learning needs analysis in the ideal format, ensuring comprehensive and accurate reporting.

  • Process and synthesize data from various analysis formats (e.g., surveys, interviews) into logical, actionable information.

  • Identify and communicate the findings to relevant stakeholders promptly and accurately.

  • Content and Credential Creation:

  • Work closely with instructional designers to guide the development of high-quality learning content and credentials.

  • Ensure that content meets ServiceNow's standards and supports the learner's needs effectively.

  • Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Design comprehensive learning solutions that address identified needs and leverage ServiceNow product knowledge.

  • Incorporate instructional design principles to ensure the effectiveness and engagement of learning solutions.

  • Oversee the implementation of learning solutions, ensuring they are delivered effectively and on time.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between various teams including product management, instructional design, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive learning strategies.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in learning and development and integrate innovative practices into solutions.

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a solutions architect role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and best practices.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

  • Ability to design innovative learning solutions that align with business goals and learner needs.

  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and the ability to guide content creation accordingly.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical skills to perform thorough Learning Needs Analysis.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey analysis findings to the right stakeholders on time.

  • Proficiency in processing and synthesizing various analysis formats (e.g., surveys, interviews) into logical, actionable information.

  • Thorough knowledge of Learning Needs Analysis and the ability to document findings in the ideal format.

  • Experience with ServiceNow products and platforms is highly desirable.
